Before your visit
Clinic policies
Please take a moment to review our policies before your appointment. These guidelines help us provide the best possible experience for every client.
Booking & appointments
Consultation required for new clients
All new clients are required to complete a complimentary consultation before their first treatment. This allows us to assess your skin, review your health history, and confirm that the chosen treatment is safe and appropriate for you.
Arriving for your appointment
Please arrive 5–10 minutes before your scheduled appointment to allow time for check-in and any required paperwork. Late arrivals may result in a shortened treatment time or rescheduling to avoid impacting other clients.
Cancellation & no-show policy
24-hour cancellation notice required
We require a minimum of 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment without penalty. This allows us to offer the time slot to another client.
Late cancellations
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice will be subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of the scheduled service value. This fee will be charged to the credit card on file.
No-shows
Clients who do not attend their appointment without prior notice will be charged 100% of the scheduled service value. Repeated no-shows may result in being required to prepay for future bookings.
Health & safety
Medical history disclosure
It is your responsibility to disclose any relevant medical conditions, medications, allergies, or recent procedures at the time of booking and before each treatment. Certain conditions or medications may contraindicate treatment. Withholding this information may affect your safety and results.
Pregnancy & breastfeeding
Most laser and injectable treatments are not recommended during pregnancy or while breastfeeding. Please inform us if you are pregnant, trying to conceive, or currently breastfeeding so we can advise on safe alternatives or defer your treatment.
Sun exposure & tanning
Active sun exposure, sunburn, or recent tanning (including self-tanner) may prevent us from performing certain laser treatments safely. Please avoid sun exposure for at least 4 weeks before and after laser treatments, and arrive with clean, product-free skin.
Payments & refunds
Accepted payment methods
We accept cash, Visa, Mastercard, and debit. Payment is due at the time of service. We do not offer direct billing to insurance providers, though some treatments may be eligible for reimbursement through your health benefits plan — please check with your provider.
Packages & prepaid treatments
Prepaid treatment packages are non-refundable but are transferable to another person. Packages must be used within 12 months of purchase. Unused sessions after this period will be forfeited.
Refund policy
We do not offer refunds on completed treatments. If you have concerns about your results, please contact us within 2 weeks of your treatment so we can assess and address them appropriately. We are committed to your satisfaction and will work with you to find a resolution.
Children & guests
Minimum age for treatment
Clients must be 18 years of age or older to receive injectable treatments. Clients aged 16–17 may receive certain laser treatments with written parental or guardian consent. Please contact us in advance if this applies to you.
Accompanying guests
To maintain a calm, professional environment for all clients, we ask that you attend your appointment alone where possible. Children are not permitted in the treatment room. If you require a support person, please let us know when booking.
